TPAC Sunday Service - 9/8

Sunday, September 8th will be our annual tailgate service at Temple Performing Arts Center. Once a month, our congregation comes together for a church-wide worship service. Service is about 90 minutes and includes worship singing, personal testimonies, and a message from the Bible. You can expect a diverse style of contemporary and traditional songs for worship with the lyrics displayed on the main screen.
Following this unique special, we’ll have a tailgating fellowship in the free parking lot across the street. We have a parking lot reserved in the 15th Street Lot.

Classes will open at 10:15a to give parents time to return for the start of worship.
Children ages 1 through 5 years (not in kindergarten) will meet in the downstairs Chapel location at TPAC.
Our classes for the older children are at Wachman Hall, located at Temple Performing Arts Center. Children Kindergarten through the Fifth grade will meet on the first floor of Wachman Hall (which is just one building away from the Temple Performing Arts.

There’s a parking lot reserved across the street in the 15th Street Lot. You can park there (for free) to set up your food table. Food is organized by small groups. Check with your small group leader for details.
The front portion of the parking lot will be reserved for a gathering point. Please be mindful of the following:
There are no charcoal grills, but you can have propane tanks, which are OK.
There will be no drop-off point for food before service. Everything will need to remain in your vehicle until after service.
Each small group is responsible for their own trash cleanup after the tailgate.
No Alcohol will be permitted at the tailgate in any form.
Talk with your small group to find out about food details. We will also play the Eagles game at 1 pm in the main auditorium at TPAC.
